Overview
To ensure a fair and efficient marketing support process, foundry partners are required to submit requests through the Marketing Request Form as of March 3, 2025. This process helps us review and plan promotions more effectively while ensuring equal opportunity across our foundry network.
To be considered, you must be on the latest distribution agreement. If you are not on the latest agreement, you can review and sign it by visiting the Foundry Platform agreements page.
Submitting a Marketing Request
Here is what you need to know before submitting a request:
Response Time
If your request is selected, you will receive a response within 5 to 7 business days. Due to the volume of submissions, we are only able to respond to requests that are chosen.
Request Limit
Each foundry may submit up to three marketing requests per month. This helps ensure fair access to marketing opportunities across all partners.
Selection Criteria
Submitting a request does not guarantee selection. We work with thousands of foundry partners and aim to feature a wide and diverse range of fonts. Requests are evaluated based on factors such as customer interest, alignment with current design trends, strength of visual assets, and adherence to pricing guidelines.
