Delete a promotion

You can delete promotions directly in the Foundry Platform. Sign in using your MyFonts user credentials and follow the steps below.

How to Delete a Promotion

1. Click Promotions in the menu.
2. In the promotion’s dashboard, find the promotion you want to delete.
   • You can filter the list to show only active promotions by selecting Active.
3. Click the promotion row to open the promotion overview page.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete.

Important Note

Please note that you must follow the 45 Day Rule when editing or deleting promotions. This ensures consistency and prevents misuse of price changes and promotional timing.
