How It Works?
The guidelines focus on limiting promotions and discounts to ensure MyFonts evolves into a hub for exploring and discovering typefaces while prioritizing quality and value
Key Updates:
- Promotion Limits: You can run up to 50 promotions annually, each with a maximum duration of 45 days ensuring you maintain the perceived value of your work.
- Discount Caps: Discounts are limited to a 30% maximum per promotion.

Scheduled Promotions: You can now plan promotions for up to two years in advance, adhering to the annual limit of 50 promotions. Previously, there were no restrictions on how far ahead promotions could be scheduled
(If the promotion cap exceeds the defined 30% limit, the error message: “Discount is too high” will be displayed.)

How to Manage and Edit Your Promotions:
When it comes to editing promotions, here's how it works:
- Active promotions: Certain fields, like the discount percentage and end date, are locked for changes to ensure consistency.
- Scheduled promotions: Most fields remain flexible for edits, except for the Foundry Name.
- Secret promotions: You can freely update fields like the Promotion Name or Secret Code at any time.
- Marketing team promotions: Promotions created by our marketing team will be non-editable. When you access the promotion from the dashboard, you will notice that the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons are greyed out, indicating that changes are not allowed.
We have designed these limits to keep the platform fair and organized while giving you enough flexibility to run impactful campaigns.
