Edit a promotion

You can edit promotions directly in the Foundry Platform. Sign in with your MyFonts user credentials and follow the steps below.

How to Edit a Promotion

1. Click Promotions in the menu.
2. In the promotion dashboard, find the promotion you want to edit.
3. To view only active promotions, click Active.
4. Click the promotion row to open the promotion overview page.
5. At the bottom of the page, click Edit.
6. You can edit the following fields:
   • Promotion Title
   • Promotion Contents
7. Click Submit to save your changes.

Promotions That Cannot Be Edited

Certain promotion details are locked to ensure consistency for customers.

Promotion Discount

The discount percentage cannot be edited. This protects the discount that has already been marketed. 
If you need to change the discount percent, delete the promotion and create a new one.

Promotion Dates

Promotion dates cannot be edited once the promotion is live. Customers can see the start and end dates, so durations must stay consistent. 
If you need to adjust the timeline, delete the promotion and create a new one.

Special Event Promotions

For special events, our marketing team may create promotions for you. These promotions cannot be edited or deleted. 
When you open these promotions in the dashboard, the Edit and Delete buttons will be greyed out.

Important Note

Please note that you must follow 45 Day Rule when editing or deleting any promotion.
