How to find your statement
- Log in to the Foundry Platform.

In the left sidebar, expand Manage Earnings and select Quarterly royalties.
- If you manage multiple foundries, select the relevant foundry.
- Select the reporting year.
- Find the quarter you want and choose Download Excel or Download PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Will I still receive statements by email?
Yes. We’ll continue sending statements by email while you also have the option to download them from Foundry Platform. We’ll let you know in advance if this changes.
Does this change how or when I get paid?
No. This feature gives you another way to access your royalty statements. Your payment arrangements and schedule remain unchanged.
Can I download statements in Excel as well as PDF?
Yes. Select Download Excel or Download PDF next to the statement you need.
Why is my statement marked “Not generated”?
The statement has not yet been generated, so its download options are disabled. This status refers to statement availability, not confirmation of a payment.
What should I do if a statement I expect to see is missing?
Check that you’ve selected the correct foundry and reporting year. If you still can’t find it, contact foundrysupport@monotype.com with your foundry name and the quarter you’re looking for.
If a statement is corrected, which version should I use?
Use the latest version available in Foundry Platform. If you previously saved a copy, download the updated statement and use it in place of the earlier version.
Who can view and download my foundry’s statements?
Only users authorized to access your foundry’s royalty statements can view and download them. If you need help with access, contact Foundry Support.
I manage more than one foundry. How do I find each foundry’s statements?
Use the foundry dropdown on the Quarterly royalties page to select the relevant foundry, then choose the reporting year and quarter.
