You can track the status of your submission directly from the dashboard in the Foundry Platform. Each status reflects where your font family is in the review process and what actions, if any, you may need to take.
Submission Status Types
In progress
This status means your font family has not yet been submitted to Foundry Support for review.
Click the font family to open the in-progress submission.
- Use Generate preview to check for any errors preventing submission.
- Address these errors before you submit your family for review.
In review
Your font family has been submitted and will be reviewed soon by Foundry Support. No action is required from you at this stage.
In correction
Your submission has been returned with a request for changes.
- Click the submission to view the feedback.
- Make the necessary updates and resubmit your files for review.
Rejected
Your submission has been rejected?
- Click the submission to see the detailed reasons for rejection.
- After making improvements based on this feedback, you are encouraged to submit the updated files again.
Approved
Your font family has been approved and will appear on MyFonts within 24 hours, or on the release date you selected.
Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for approved families to show in the Released families section, where you can then edit them.
How Feedback Is Shared
When a Foundry Support team member reviews your submission, they may include a note with feedback or questions.
You will receive this note through an automated email once your font is reviewed. You can also view the message directly by clicking the submission in your dashboard.
- If your status is in correction, the note will outline the changes needed before resubmission.
- If your status is Rejected, the note will explain the reasons for rejection and provide guidance to help you submit an improved version in the future.
