Our type experts recently put together Type Trends based on observations across brands using type. This recaps recent trends across type, and includes our predictions for the coming year. This is to help brands and designers stay on the forefront of trends and provides specific and practical font recommendations.
Educating customers about font licensing.
One of our primary goals is to help customers understand font licensing. This leads to more informed and more responsible font customers and users, which grows the type industry as a whole. We've built a variety of content that we existing and potential customers whom are less familiar with fonts and font licensing.
Connecting with customers through video content.
We're often talking with designers and brands from around the world, discussing their challenges, needs, and successes related to typography and design today. From these conversations, we produce and publish on-demand videos and live events for designers and font users. We're actively innovating our pricing models for our agency, large business, and enterprise customers. We've put together new comprehensive packages based on our most common customer needs, and made these new pricing models publicly available.
Servicing our customers globally.
At Monotype, we speak many languages. Our sales teams are spread out across the globe in strategic offices and working remotely in order to be close to customers. Our websites are localized for various countries, and we continue to add new languages, currencies, and payment method support regularly. Our email marketing is translated into languages beyond English in order to connect with customers in a familiar way. Monotype Fonts has a unique German and French instances, with more localizations for other countries to come.
