How It Works
Maintaining security in your foundry operations while providing your team with necessary access can be challenging. Our user management feature gives you the ability to assign roles, manage permissions, and maintain oversight over your foundry’s operations effortlessly.

Accessing User Management

To get started, navigate to the User Management section in your profile. Both Foundry Admins and users with access to the “User Management” section can use this feature.

Changing and Checking User Permissions

In the Manage Users section, you’ll find a list of users with their names and email IDs. Clicking on a user will reveal a dropdown menu showing the modules they have access to.

To modify permissions, simply check or uncheck the relevant options. Available options include:

After making your selections, don’t forget to click the “Save Changes” button to confirm your updates. If you need to remove a user entirely, click the adjacent trash bin icon.

You can also add new users to your foundry by searching for their full email ID. Ensure that the user is registered on the Foundry Platform before adding them.
How to set up a new Foundry Partner account:
- Visit Monotype's account sign-up page.
- Sign up using the new Email address you want to add
- Choose a password
- Enter the full name associated with the Email
- Check the inbox for a verification Email and follow the link to verify the account.
- Once verified, The new user email address will be available in the user management search.
