Two-Factor Authentication Set Up and Log In

Overview

The Foundry Platform uses two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection for your personal and financial data.

2FA Initial Setup

1. Install your preferred authentication app on your mobile device.

   • Auth0 Guardian App .
     • Google Play App Store or Apple App Store
     • Set up your notification preferences in Auth0 app.
     • 
       
       
   • Google Authenticator App
     • Google Play App Store
       
       

2. Enter associated email address and password in Monotype Foundry Platform login fields and click Continue.

   • 
     
     

3. Open the 2FA app on your mobile device. 

   • Click +Add
     
     
     
   • Scan QR Code displayed on the Foundry Platform log in.
     
     
     
   • Monotype Foundry Platform profile saved in Auth0 app.
     
     
     

4. Auth0 provides a recovery code that you should copy/store in a safe place.

   Use this code if you lose access to your device.

   • Copy code and save it in a safe place.

   • Check box "I have safely recorded this code."

   • Click Continue.

5. You will be redirected to the Foundry Platform log in.

Foundry Platform Login with 2FA

1. Enter associated email address and password in Monotype Foundry Platform login fields and click Continue.

2. The 2FA prompt will appear on the log in page.

   • 
     
     

3. In your 2FA app, click Approve or manually enter the code on the log in screen.

   • 
     
     

4. Success! You've logged into the Foundry Platform.
